- Have a Boating Safety Education Certificate issued by the TWRA
- OUPV/Six-pack Captain's License
- Good customer service skills
- Able to take and follow instructions without direct supervision
- Communication with management and customers
- Clean Appearance, attire is nautical
- Must have a clean background
- Must have a smartphone
