ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations greater than 21 days from the day of your scheduled trip will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations 8-20 days from the day of your scheduled trip will be offered to either reschedule or receive a 100% valued gift card with no expiration date and is transferable. Cancellations less than 7 days are not refundable. All no-call, no-shows will not receive a refund, no exceptions! Cancellations caused by weather will receive a 100% valued gift card with no expiration date for the guest to reschedule for a future time, as weather is beyond anyones control. Tours will be immediately terminated in the event of illegal drug usage or the consumption of alcohol by a minor and are non-refundable.

Once you've booked, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your tour date and time. A simple waiver link and your Pick-up location will also be attached to your confirmation email. Please ensure that everyone in your group signs the online waiver before arriving for your tour, as you are not permitted to board the bus without it. Full payment is required to book your party tour.
