What do we need to bring?

Bring a government-issued photo ID (21+ if alcohol is onboard), tip money, your favorite beverages and snacks, towels, sunscreen, and swimwear.

How long is the tour?

Standard charters run 3–4 hours on the water. If you add our shuttle service, plan on ~5–6 hours door-to-door.

What is the alcohol policy?

BYOB. No liquor, no glass, and nothing over 8% ABV. If anyone under 21 is in your group, the cruise must be a dry cruise (no alcohol allowed).

What’s provided during our trip?

  • Licensed Captain
  • Coolers & plenty of ice
  • Bluetooth stereo system
  • Floatables & “Lilly Pad” for swimming

What age restrictions apply?

Under-21 guests are welcome on dry cruises (no alcohol onboard). Children 12 and under must wear a life vest when the boat is moving or while swimming.

Where is pick-up and drop-off?

Pickup locations vary by charter and are provided in your confirmation email. Common spots include Cook Public Use Area and Fate Sanders Marina. Shuttle details will be included if selected.

Should we tip the staff?

Tips are appreciated. A common range is $10–$20 per person for great service. For corporate events, we can add gratuity to the card on file.

Where do we boat?

We prefer Percy Priest Lake, and also serve Old Hickory Lake, Center Hill Lake, Tims Ford Lake, and the Cumberland River (availability dependent).

Can we play our own music?

Yes — our systems are Bluetooth-enabled. Your Captain can connect your device so you can run the playlist.

Can we bring our own beverages and snacks?

Yes: beer, wine, seltzers, and snacks are welcome. No liquor and no glass. We supply coolers and ice.

Will our group share the boat with others?

Private charters are exclusive to your group. Public/shared tours may include multiple groups.

What are your hours of operation?

Daily, typically 8 AM – 11 PM, subject to availability and season.

Do we have to sign waivers?

Yes — complete the online waiver from your confirmation email before boarding. If not completed in advance, please arrive 20 minutes early to finish, which may reduce on-water time.

Is shuttle service included?

Shuttle is optional: $295 within 20 miles of downtown Nashville (additional fee outside the radius). Pickup timing is sent in your confirmation.

What is the cancellation / refund policy?

All sales are final. Cancel up to 3 weeks in advance for a voucher. Inside 3 weeks is non-refundable. Weather-unsafe conditions are rescheduled with a voucher. Illegal drug use or underage drinking ends the tour with no refund.

Are there restrooms?

Restrooms are available at the dock before and after your cruise. Our pontoons don’t have onboard restrooms — in an emergency we’ll return to the dock.

Can we decorate the boat?

Yes, temporary decorations are welcome (banners/balloons/centerpieces). No permanent adhesives, screws, nails, or hooks. Please remove all décor at the end of your cruise.

What if we’re late or miss our cruise?

Late arrivals lose time from the charter; no-shows are non-refundable. Contact us ASAP if you foresee delays.

If we drive, where should we park?

Parking at lakes can be limited. Arrive early and do not park in boat-trailer spaces at ramps.

Who drives?

A licensed Captain pilots the boat so your crew can relax and enjoy the day.

How many people fit on the boat?

Pontoons up to ~16 guests; wake boats up to ~12. For larger groups we can coordinate multiple boats, based on availability.

Do we need to book in advance?

Yes — Nashville books up quickly. Reserve early to secure your preferred date/time. Same-day is sometimes possible but not guaranteed.
