In the event of cancellation between 8 to 20 days prior, you can either reschedule your trip or receive a gift card worth 100% of the purchase price, with no expiration date and transferable to others. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip are considered non-refundable. No refunds will be granted for instances of no-call, or no-shows, under any circumstances! Weather-related cancellations will be compensated with a 100% valued gift card, allowing guests to reschedule at their convenience. Tours will be halted immediately if illegal drugs are used or alcohol is consumed by a minor, with no refunds provided.
